As a 100% community-funded charity, we try to keep postage costs to a minimum and therefore limit the quanity of some of our merchandise and resources.

You will be reminded to reduce the quanity of an item in your shopping cart only if you exceed the maximum limit per order.

Postage & Handling

Bowel Cancer Australia's merchandise and resources are sent via Australia Post as a regular parcel.

You can track the status of your order upon receiving details contained in your fulfilment notification email.

Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days for delivery from the date you receive the fulfilment notification email.

Please note, we are unable to provide a tracking number or an express post option for BowelScreen Australia ColoVantage screening test orders as these are mailed directly to you from the manufacturer, Enterix Australia.

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
